Breakfast Republic

Super cool atmosphere. Very vegetarian/vegan friendly menu. All of the beverages were out of this world great. Best coffee and fresh juice I've ever had. Server was attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. The food was pretty good, but not amazing. Overall, great experience. Would definitely recommend for breakfast/brunch

Outstanding service, first and foremost! Jeremy was so sweet and accommodating. I had the pancake flight and omg the OREO pancakes were out of this world! It’s a MUST to order the Jurassic Bloody Mary *chef kiss* The ambiance was pure San Diego vibes and my husband and I truly had a pleasant experience.

This place is a little bit different from other different republics. our waitress was very tentative service was outstanding. There was a little woman who did everything shout out to her. She was busting tables, sweeping floors, washing dishes. The food is always good, but what was better was the drinks there were amazing made to perfection It’s a must try when you come down here to Ocean Beach to check out this breakfast spot.

Wow, very cool place! Love the decor and atmosphere. Took a while to get a server, but we were there around 830a, so quick seating! The service was friendly and the food came out quick. Chilaquiles were yummy with a little kick! The Jurassic body Mary was worth the little extra cost - the bacon was nummy!!

Definitely the best restaurant we ate at in our time in San Diego! The atmosphere was amazing and so was the food. We came back twice in a four day period. Definitely worth any distance. Food was great, coffee was great, and the atmosphere and diversity of seating was amazing.

I don't remember her name, but the very pregnant lady was working very hard to serve the floor. She was friendly, attentive, and gave me great recommendations. I was so hungry following a 10 mile run, I felt compelled to pick two mains. So thank you to her for her service and the hospitality

An absolutely amazing place — simply on fire! The atmosphere draws you in right away. The food is incredible: every dish is delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. The interior design is stylish and thoughtfully put together. Service is top-notch — the staff is welcoming, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

The shrimp and grits were amazing! We also ordered the power bowl which needed some seasonings for flavor, but other than that, the steak was cooked as ordered- the cut was a bit chewy, though. The chicken fennel sausage was fine- a little oily, could use some fresh veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.), and some more fennel. We also got the bottle of bubbly with freshly squeezed orange juice. Overall, nice place with very well prepared poached eggs- eggspected from a tailored egg place.
